About the Founder
I'm Adarsh. I've spent 15 years in corporate communications, public relations, and content marketing across agencies, in-house teams, and as a consultant in the UK, India, and North America.
At Softchoice, I led communications across Canada and the US, quadrupled LinkedIn followers from 15,000 to 60,000, and managed crisis situations with no negative media impact.
At E Source, I stepped in as interim CMO during a period of rapid growth, tripled the LinkedIn audience, quadrupled engagement, and cut over 40% of wasteful marketing spend. I've ghostwritten for executives at Adobe, Accenture, and Microsoft, celebrities, and heads of state. I've advised founders, coached experts for trade events, written board-level communications, and built teams that outlasted my tenure.
I started Calibrate because I kept seeing the same problem: smart people and strong companies struggling to communicate what they actually do. The expertise is often there. The words frequently aren't.
That's a fixable problem. Fixing it is what I do.
